🛠 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Business teams to translate needs into scalable PLM solutions and support Product Lifecycle Management best practices

📚 Develop and deliver training, documentation, and stakeholder support to drive adoption and skill growth in Windchill PLM engineer roles

🌐 Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI/ML, IoT, Cloud, and ThingWorx to advance Industry 4.0 jobs

📊 Implement data governance, KPIs, and dashboards to measure PLM success, ROI, and continuous improvement

📅 Manage project timelines, deliverables, scope changes, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure success in PLM engineer jobs USA

🔗 Support PLM and CAD standardization to ensure enterprise-wide digital thread continuity

⚙️ Equipment Design Engineering

🏗 Lead updates of Creo Assemblies with missing bulk parts, driving Creo CAD jobs and accuracy in design

✅ Ensure all Creo and converted CAD files are ready for PLM integration

🔄 Coordinate conversion of low-volume legacy files to PTC Creo, supporting CAD PLM migration jobs

📦 Support migration of CAD data to PLM systems for enterprise-wide adoption

🎓 Guide and train CAD teams in the use of PTC Windchill customization and administration

🎓 Qualifications

✅ Required

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (ideal for candidates seeking mechanical engineering jobs USA)

🔧 Strong knowledge of Windchill Customization (lifecycles, Info Tasks, Actions, Access Control Lists)

🖥 Experience in GUI, Workflow, and Data Model Configuration for PLM system administrator jobs

💻 Proficiency in programming languages: Java, JSP, JavaScript, XML (for extensions & integrations in engineering jobs with CAD PLM)

📂 ETL fundamentals with CAD/BOM data handling and migration

⭐ Preferred

📜 Certifications in PTC Windchill System/Business Administration

🧠 Lean Six Sigma / Design Thinking certifications

💵 Hiring Salary Range

💰 $58,000 – $93,000 (based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, location & market data) — competitive for engineering jobs hiring now in USA
