About the Role

As a Junior Software Engineer (Trainee), you will go through a structured 5-month engineering program designed to strengthen your technical foundation and prepare you for real-world development. After completing the training successfully, you will transition into a full-time Software Engineer role at EPAM India.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and improving scalable and high-performance applications. You’ll write clean and maintainable code, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and contribute to automated testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright. Your work will involve debugging, performance testing, validating software quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, DevOps, and product units. Candidates must have completed BE/BTech (CSE/IT) or MCA with 70% or above and must belong to the 2025 graduating batch. A minimum of 60% in both 10th and 12th is required, with no active backlogs. A maximum of a 1-year gap is allowed between 12th and graduation and no gap between 10th and 12th.
