Current Opening: Customer Success – Associate
• No. of positions: 12
• Location: Remote
What You Will Do:
• Learn the Recruit CRM platform and understand recruitment processes
• Handle client queries via chat, email, and video calls
• Understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams
• Resolve user challenges with solutions or workarounds
• Uphold communication guidelines and best practices
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Strive for exceptional service delivery
Traineeship Program:
• Duration: 6 months, 8.5 hours per day
• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month
• Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance, join as Customer Success – Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base + INR 2,00,000 performance pay)
• Shift during training: Europe (Noon – 10 PM)
• Full-time shifts (after training): Europe, Asia Pacific, North America (Half/Full), Middle East (flexible 4–5 days/week)
