Role Overview As a Packaged App Development Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that improve business processes and client experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to projects from requirement analysis to deployment, while integrating automation, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities 🛠️ Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements. 📈 Understand business drivers that impact application performance and deliver high-quality software solutions. 🔄 Integrate new functionalities, participate in peer code reviews, resolve client issues via voice, email, chat, or remote support, and take ownership of successful solution implementation and infrastructure support. Skills and Requirements ⚡ Ability to anticipate and resolve complex business issues with agility and innovative thinking. 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🚀 Willingness to relocate across India and work in 24x7 shifts if required. 🔧 Knowledge or experience in ABAP development on HANA, Salesforce.com configuration, J2EE/full-stack development, .NET technologies, and test automation will be considered a plus. Eligibility Criteria 🎓 Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) or MCA/MSc in CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications. ❌ No active backlogs. ⏳ Maximum of 23 months full-time experience. 📅 No participation in Accenture recruitment processes in the last 3 months. ⏱️ Degree completed within the stipulated duration without gaps. 🇮🇳 Indian citizenship required (Bhutan/Nepal nationals allowed; other foreign nationals need work visa/OCI/PIO).
