About the Role

Amazon’s Quality Services (QS) team supports Devices, Retail, and AWS by ensuring world-class software quality. Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual test cases for Alexa AI, Kindle, and other Amazon platforms.

- Perform regression and repetitive testing to ensure software stability.

- Report defects clearly and track them until resolution.

- Use internal tools for daily data capture and test reporting.

- Collaborate with team members and follow established QA processes.

- Communicate issues promptly and provide regular status updates.

Day in the Life

You’ll work closely with product teams to test new builds, identify bugs, and validate product performance. Each day will involve executing test cases, reviewing results, and supporting the team in improving software quality across Amazon’s devices and services.

Required Qualifications
